Clare offers both makeup and hair styling services for her bridal clients. For larger bridal parties, Clare works closely with her trusted colleague, Hanna Wildman. Together, they lead a team of top celebrity hair and makeup artists to ensure every member of the bridal party is ready on time, receiving the same level of care, attention, with exceptional results.
Additionally, Clare offers a Tattoo Camouflage service, providing a seamless finish for brides who wish to conceal tattoos for their wedding day.

Ideally your trial will take place about two to three months before your wedding day.
Your trial will take place at Clare’s private studio in Ashtead, Surrey. If you prefer for Clare to conduct the trial at your location an additional travel and time fee will be charged.
Clare offers trial appointments Monday to Saturday subject to her diary availability. April to end of September is peak wedding season and therefore Clare rarely has Saturday availability due to Wedding Day bookings. Therefore, it is advisable to book a mid-week appointment and one that it performed during natural daylight.
Clare covers Surrey but travel extensively for wedding bookings – Sussex, Kent, Wiltshire, Hertfordshire and internationally in Europe. Travel fees including train fares, fuel, hotels, congestion charge and parking are not inclusive of pricing and will be charged in addition to hair and makeup services.
Yes, Clare is well connected and works regularly with a close network of talented and experienced hair and makeup colleagues. All artists are of equal experience within the bridal and TV/Film industry. They are organised, professional, friendly and work together to ensure that your bridal party is ready on time, look beautiful and are beaming with confidence.
Large weddings equal more administration and requires more to time to plan and organise. This includes managing additional artists and logistics. Accurate scheduling requires time and expertise and therefore Clare does not offer discounts.
If, under exceptional circumstances, Clare needed to cancel a wedding booking (which has NEVER happened before) every effort would be made to find an alternative stylist of equal standard. If this is not possible, or is unacceptable to the client, 100% of the deposit and any monies already paid towards wedding day services will be refunded.
You will be invoiced four weeks before your Wedding Day to pay the final balance. The booking fee will be deducted off the final balance.
You must notify Clare of a cancellation at least THREE months before your Wedding Day. This must be via email/in writing. If a wedding or part of the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before your wedding date the full charge will be payable.
If you cancel services 7-8 weeks before your wedding, a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the full amount will incur.
